First cider pressing

A fun day pressing apples for juice using my new cider press....

Step 1: washing the apples (I also add a bit of sterilising agent to ward off mould and bacteria)




Step 2: crush the apples

Step 3: add the pulp to the press



Step 4: place the top plate on the press

 

 

Step 5: press the pulp

 

 Step 6: cleanup

 

 

Step 7: drink the juice - yum!
